As a Business Development Consultant youll help global customers unlock new possibilities through data digitalization and decarbonization. Your work will directly contribute to reducing carbon footprints optimizing performance and shaping resilient sustainable operations for future generations.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead consulting engagements that design and deliver digital enterprise solutions for complex industrial systems.

• Partner with clients to develop digital strategies and business models that align with decarbonization and transformation goals.

• Drive strategic sales opportunities from C-level advisory discussions to detailed proposals and solution design.

• Develop and manage partnerships with technology providers and consulting firms.

• Translate customer requirements into scalable high-value architectures and transformation roadmaps.

• Disseminate knowledge through training mentoring and internal collaboration with OpCos and KBC.

• Contribute to Yokogawas purpose of co-innovating tomorrow through data-driven sustainable impact.

What You Bring

• 10 years experience in consulting digital transformation or enterprise solutions within the energy petrochemical or decarbonization sectors.

• A proven track record in strategic business development solution design and stakeholder engagement.

• Deep understanding of industrial operations digital platforms and the energy transition landscape.

• Experience managing large or complex consulting projects with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborative mindset systems thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• A desire to connect purpose and technology
