Responsibilities

    • Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the Xsolla products and services work
    • Work with the customers and developers to ensure their backend meets the system requirements
    • Communicate with the business development team to understand consumer needs and offer sales support where necessary
    • Establish customer rapport and acceptance plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands
    • Help clients to solve problems with Xsolla product usage (light coding a plus)
    • Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective
    • Work closely with Business Development team to close deals

Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Programing or related field
    • Previous experience in a client-facing role
    • Comfortable giving presentations and explaining how things work to customers
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong proficiency in Confluence Jira Basecamp and G Suite and must be able to pick up new software quickly and confidently
    • General Gaming industry knowledge
    • Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy
    • Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail
    • Responsible for closing business while meeting KPIs of the Business Development team
    • Ability to self-motivate and work individually while also working within a highly collaborative team
    • Business fluency in English Spanish and Portuguese preferred
    • Some travel to local shows and partner locations
$60000 - $80000 a year
