This is ahands-on high-visibility roleat the heart of a next-generation subscriber commerce platform a platform that powers order management provisioning billing and financial integration at massive scale.
As the UAT Lead you will drive theplanning coordination and execution of end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)across complex Order-to-Cash workflows ensuring new features and releases meet both business and technical requirements. Youll partner closely with engineering QA product and finance teams to deliver seamless high-quality customer experiences from order initiation through billing and fulfillment.

As the UAT Lead you will drive theplanning coordination and execution of end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)across complex Order-to-Cash workflows ensuring new features and releases meet both business and technical requirements. Youll partner closely with engineering QA product and finance teams to deliver seamless high-quality customer experiences from order initiation through billing and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design planning and execution of comprehensiveUAT test strategiesacross Order-to-Cash billing invoicing and subscription lifecycle workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners QA developers business analysts and finance stakeholders) to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
- Develop and maintaintest plans test cases scripts and execution schedulesaligned to product roadmaps and release cycles.
- Execute hands-on testing of new features APIs integrations and end-to-end workflows ensuring business requirements and customer expectations are met.
- ManageUAT readiness activitiesincluding data preparation environment setup defect triage and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Identify document and track defects and issues working closely with development teams on resolution and retesting.
- Provide detailed reporting on test execution defect trends release readiness and overall quality metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve UAT practices release processes and platform quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5 yearsof hands-on experience leadingUAT or QA effortsin complexeCommerce or subscription platformenvironments.
- Proven expertise inOrder-to-Cash workflows including order management provisioning billing invoicing and payment processing.
- Experience withfinancial systems integrations(Oracle SAP or similar ERP platforms).
- Strong background in test case design execution defect management and UAT coordination.
- Familiarity with tools such asJIRAConfluence andPostman; experience with test automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present results clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
