Senior Product Owner

Job Overview:
This Senior Product Owner will drive the eCOA product vision roadmap and strategy while fostering growth opportunities. You will lead
initiatives to align the product with market trends and evolving customer needs ensuring the deliveryof high-value innovative solutions.

Essential Functions:
Owns and evolves the product vision and roadmap ensuring alignment with organizationalgoals and growth opportunities.
Leads the development and execution of the product strategy by analyzing market trendscustomer feedback and industry advancements.
Defines and monitors key success metrics leverages data to drive insights and partnerswith cross-functional teams to support and refine business strategies.
Translates strategic objectives and product roadmap features into detailed productrequirements including features user stories and acceptance criteria.
Sets priorities for product development ensuring high-level requirements are effectivelytranslated into actionable deliverables for development teams.
Serves as a trusted product expert providing strategic and creative solutions to complex usecases and customer challenges.
Evaluates product progress through deliverables and outcomes recommendingenhancements based on customer feedback and internal goals.
Leads efforts to identify and mitigate impediments to ensure successful achievement ofrelease/sprint goals.
Acts as a mentor to junior Product Owners fostering a culture of collaboration andcontinuous improvement

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Mathematics Statistics Econometrics Healthcare InformaticsBusiness or a related field.
An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred.

Experience:
7 years of experience in product management and/or ownership with at least 3 years in asenior or leadership capacity.
Proven track record of driving successful high-impact products in healthcare technology ordata-centric organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex scalablesolutions.

eCOA experience preferred

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drivealignment across teams.
Advanced ability to deliver against set objectives and timelines demonstrated throughroadmap execution and prioritization.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with proficiency in distilling complex challenges intoactionable solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fostering collaboration across technicalbusiness and customer-facing teams.
Deep knowledge of healthcare technology including familiarity with data-driven innovationand regulatory environments.
Expertise in translating high-level strategic goals into detailed user stories and actionabledevelopment plans.
Proven ability to proactively identify address and mitigate risks or impediments indevelopment cycles.
Track record of mentoring and empowering team members to achieve their bestperformance

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
