A global leader operating state-of-the-art facilities across North America and Europe seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at their Stoughton Wisconsin facility.

This is a key leadership role with full P&L responsibility overseeing all aspects of production safety quality maintenance and customer relations. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on leadership style strong operational acumen and a passion for driving continuous improvement in a safety-first environment.

What Youll Do as a Plant Manager:

Lead a safety-focused culture ensuring all protocols are implemented and continuously improved.
Oversee day-to-day plant operations including production scheduling quality maintenance logistics and inventory control.
Manage and mentor department supervisors and key staff to achieve plant performance goals.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships supporting sales efforts and ensuring on-time high-quality service.
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives standard work practices and continuous improvement programs.
Manage all aspects of financial performance including budgeting forecasting cost control and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations.
Partner with executive leadership on capital projects strategic planning and process improvements.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hot-dip galvanizing or a closely related manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage plant operations people leadership and full P&L ownership.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles safety systems and operational KPIs.
Excellent communication organizational and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to travel as needed for training or site support.
