UCT is looking for a talented Expeditor Technician III to join us in Phoenix AZ!
This role combines the critical coordination and workflow management responsibilities of an Expeditor with the hands-on technical expertise of a Technician. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced production environment. They will ensure the timely delivery of parts perform essential cleaning and processing tasks and collaborate with our team to move parts through the process including locating parts assembling kits and loading parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and expedite the flow of products jobs and assemblies between departments to meet production schedules.
Work closely with project managers planners and shop employees to maintain a constant flow of work orders.
Monitor and report delays or issues affecting production flow including equipment tooling and resource constraints.
Compile and review production schedules reports and job statuses across various stages of work-in-progress (WIP).
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers using verbal written and visual tools (e.g. drawings).
Organize and integrate production delivery schedules ensuring alignment with customer specifications and expectations.
Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods to eliminate micro-contamination.
Perform tasks such as receiving masking scrubbing chemical processing blasting coating drying and packaging.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Lean manufacturing principles and safety protocols.
Handle hazardous chemicals safely and maintain proper disposal practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned process areas.
Take SPC measurements and log data accurately.
Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training programs.
Learn and apply various tank chemistries and chemical recipes.

Independent thought good judgment problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
A team player with solid interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with little or no supervision.

Comfortable working in both cleanroom and manufacturing environments.

Experience Requirement
3 yrs of experience in a production /manufacturing/warehouse setting. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Teams preferred
Educational/Certification Requirement:
High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience. AA or Technical School preferred.
