Alliance Technical Group is hiring a Technical Project Manager to join our team in the Toronto ON area!
Summary/Objective
The Technical project Manager reports to the Operations organization but works closely with all divisions of AST to ensure project success improve KPI performance and quality of test reports/test plans.
Essential Functions

Services Project Managers Reporting Department - Externally Customers Vendors
- Assists the Operations team in driving the Alliance culture and processes to the testing teams.
- Assists Operations team with lab selection and communication.
- Prepares or reviews Test Plan for assigned group of offices.
- Prepares or reviews Test Reports for assigned group of offices.
- Perform templates and chain of custody audits and provide feedback through non-conformancereporting.
- Assist Operations Manager with the technical aspect of the proposal.
- Participate in pretest calls as requested by Operations Manager.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work outside normal work hours to complete projects.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while remaining focused on all tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Pay Range:
$00 CAD annually
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required. AS or BS degree preferred (Science and Engineering related fields ideal)
- 5 years of experience in Stack Testing
- Proficient skill level of Microsoft Office Suite. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of EPA and local regulatory isokinetic and wet test methods and QA/QC requirements
- Working knowledge of EPA and local regulatory instrumental methods and performance specifications and QA/QC requirements
- Professional appearance and behaviour.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of USEPA and applicable provincial and federal emissions regulations
- Proficient in MS Office programs including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to read count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
