Job Title: Business Operations Associate

We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join an early stage startup and work directly with the founder and CEO. This is not a back office role and you will be at the center of strategy operations and growth from day one. The ideal candidate has experience as a BDR or SDR in a startup environment and is eager to broaden into operations and strategy. You will take ownership of projects ranging from launching new products to researching AI opportunities while also ensuring daily operations run smoothly. What You Will Do:
Take ownership of day to day operations including logistics partnerships and vendor management
Research competitors pricing and market trends to shape go to market strategy
Design and execute initiatives that support rapid revenue growth
Lead special projects with direct impact on scaling the business
Partner closely with the CEO on planning and decision making
Research and evaluate opportunities for AI driven learning products
What We Are Looking For:
Ambitious early career professional with a strong academic foundation (ideally from a well regarded university)
Proven startup experience with a background in tech sales or operations strongly preferred
Smart AI first mindset with sharp problem solving skills
