Responsibilities:
Monitor the health performance and storage of databases and BI platforms.
Perform routine backups recovery checks and scheduled jobs.
Manage user access permissions and security settings.
Support BI tools (e.g. dashboards reports data refreshes).
Assist in troubleshooting system issues and escalating when needed.
Apply patches and updates under supervision.
Work closely with senior administrators developers and business users to ensure reliable data access and reporting.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to both database and BI platform technologies.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
