What we are looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Communication Specialist to join our Global Communication team under the Global Communication function headed by Salvatore Ricco(Global Chief Communication Officer) and reporting directly to Ji Sun Yu(Global Internal Communication Manager).
Key responsibilities
- Content Creation & Editing: write edit and publish engaging content for internal communication touchpoints (intranet emails video etc.) in English.
- Work directly with External Communication Social Media teams to create aligned internal communications materials.
- Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns ensuring they are cascaded across 26 countries.
- Work closely with other functions (HR Marketing REX etc.) to support their projects by collaborating with them to realize communication materials.
- Support global events (e.g. Annual Leadership Team Meeting Best Store Performance event) and corporate events (e.g. town halls employee engagement activities).
What youll need
- MSc in Communications Journalism Public Relations or related field.
- 24 years of experience in internal communications corporate communications or event organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 intranet and basic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite).
- Proactive in proposing ideas yet detail-oriented and reliable in execution.
- Actively listens to others and thrives in collaborative team environments.
- Comfortable working with social media platforms and key AI-based tools.
