Overview:
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of the Puller/Runner is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. To pull and distribute parts orders to technicians.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
Pulls and delivers all parts requested by Technicians
Gathers and organizes all warranty parts from Technicians
Restocks all unused parts into inventory
Restocks consignment bins
Reports all inventory discrepancies to the Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager
Maintains warehouse in a clean and orderly manner
Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
Knows and understands the McGavock Auto Groups Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements
Attends weekly department meetings

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
