What you will be doing in this role
Reporting to the Education Manager youll join our dedicated San Education team taking the lead in shaping and driving innovative critical care education programs across the organisation.
Youll provide expert guidance on evidence-based education ensuring all learning initiatives align with best practice standards accreditation requirements and the organisations strategic goals. Youll play a key role in elevating clinical excellence through impactful education.
This role will design and deliver high-fidelity simulation experiences that mirror real clinical scenarios enhancing the skills and confidence of our clinicians to achieve and maintain competence in critical care advanced life support (ALS) and related resuscitation training. Partnering with nursing medical allied health and quality teams to deliver exceptional patient care you will create education programs that are safe coordinated and aligned to NSQHS Standard 8.
Using data feedback and clinical insights youll evaluate and evolve educational strategies ensuring our workforce remains skilled responsive and future-ready. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact empower clinicians and help shape the future of critical care education.
Who were looking for
To succeed in this role youll bring extensive hands-on experience in critical care nursing along with a proven track record in a nurse educator or senior clinical education position. This opportunity is well suited to a current Clinical Nurse Educator working in critical care whos ready to take the next step and make a lasting impact across the entire organisation.
