IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A BDC SERVICE SCHEDULER FOR OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
The BDC Service Scheduleris the Communications Hub for the Service Department.
The BDC Service SchedulerWill:
- Schedule Customer Service Appointments
- Advise Customers on the Status of their Vehicle Repairs
- Coordinate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors
- Cashier
The BDC Service SchedulerNeeds:
- A Professional Appearance and Demeanor
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
- Excellent Computer Skills and the Ability to Learn
- Customer Service Experience
