As a Client Service Analyst in the Merchant Services Account Management team you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse client base. You will be the primary point of contact ensuring client needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. Job responsibilities
- Demonstrate understanding of organizational purposes and operations.
- Provide leadership and insights on client strategies.
- Identify business trends using real data.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Compile accurate data for reports and presentations.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Coordinate execution of client requests.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal partners.
- Act as the primary service support contact for clients.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Superior interpersonal skills in customer interactions.
- Ability to generate documents for process streamlining.
- Assess client needs and troubleshoot issues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate client issues and follow through on commitments.
- Build relationships with clients and internal partners.
- Understand complex systems and processes.
- Mobilize internal networks to resolve service requests.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Five years in account management or client relations.
- Knowledge of bankcard industry procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
