Job Summary

General Manager Papa Johns Pizza

Lead the team. Serve up quality. Make a real impact.

Papa Johns Pizza is looking for a General Manager whos ready to take charge make great pizza and build a team that works hard and has fun doing it. If youve got restaurant experience a head for business and a passion for people this could be the perfect next step.

As GM youll run the the team managing operations and driving results. Youll keep the store running smoothly customers happy and the pizza hot and fresh.

What Youll Do

Lead and develop a high-performing team that delivers top-notch service and great food

Handle customer issues with a cool head and a focus on solutions

Hire train and coach team members so they succeed (and want to stick around)

Keep the store running like a well-oiled machinefrom food costs to labor schedules

Drive sales with great service local marketing and community involvement

Make sure the restaurant is safe clean and fully stocked at all times

What Were Looking For

2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred

High school diploma or GED required

ServSafe or local food safety certification (preferred not required)

Valid drivers license insurance and reliable vehicle

Strong communication organization and leadership skills
