Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities engaging with potential clients and supporting the sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills a proactive mindset and a strong drive to achieve results in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.

  • Conduct outreach via calls emails and professional networking to build strong relationships with prospects.

  • Collaborate with account executives to develop tailored strategies that convert leads into clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM systems.

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends competitors and client needs to enhance the sales approach.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.

  • 12 years of experience in sales business development or client relations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Goal-oriented self-motivated and eager to learn.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
