Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning organizing and executing high-quality events that align with our clients visions. This position requires exceptional organizational skills the ability to multitask under pressure and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution from concept development to post-event evaluation.
Manage event logistics including venue selection vendor communication and scheduling.
Oversee event budgets timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored event solutions.
Supervise on-site event setup operations and breakdown while maintaining brand standards.
Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field.
13 years of experience in event coordination or project management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage vendors and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules.
