Bachelors / Masters in Chemical engineering/ Process Engineering.
Experience:
- 5-15 years experience in Advance Solution with hands on experience in APC RTO Simulation (steady state/RTO) Blending for process industries such as Oil Refineries Petrochemicals and Fertilizers etc.
- Experience in Hydrocarbon processing industry is preferred.
On the job Travel: 45-55% depending on the job need.
Skills and Competency:
Job Profile:
- He shall be a fundamentally strong chemical engineer to deliver job for APC/OTS/RTO/ERTO/Blending and on optimization of process & utility.
- Responsible for engineering activities of APC Pretest PID tuning DCS logic creation for APC interface FDS preparation Step test model building commissioning.
- Modeling and implementation of APC in industrial process units (Oil & Gas Fertilizer Petrochemical Power etc.) using software like SMOC/PACE RMPTC or DMCplus Unisim or any other simulation tool.
- Ensure successful completion of design; achieve desired quality to meet all design review FAT with customer implementation SAT and post audit in the areas of APC.
