The Lead Sales & Operations Planning and Execution Manager is responsible for driving our monthly S&OP process and our weekly S&OE process.
Fostering the right discussions to boost our net sales and to optimize article availability - focusing at the same time on minimizing inventory levels and operational cost.
- Driving the right discussions based on the appropriate data to reach consensus decisions across departments
- Identifying key decisions and potential gaps that need to be addressed
- Coordinating the delivery of inputs and completions of set actions
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and initiating of needed activities
- Creating updating and improving relevant dashboards and presentations
Qualifications :
- University degree with a focus on planning and process management
- Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills; experience with SQL MS Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimise processes and drive informed decision-making
- Precise and pragmatic approach with effective communication skills across various seniorities and backgrounds
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude and ability to contribute ideas
- Track record of exceptional project results; experience in continuous improvement tools is an advantage
- 5 years of relevant experience in a planning or process management role (e.g. S&OP/IBP Demand & Supply Planning PMO Business Intelligence)
- Experience in Sales and Promotion Planning Vendor Management Procurement or E-Commerce is beneficial
