Job Summary
- Conduct precise visual and dimensional inspections of incoming in-process and finished parts using a variety of measuring tools and gauges including calipers micrometers height gauges
- Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications to verify part dimensions and ensure compliance with customer or industry standards.
- Accurately document inspection results including measurements deviations and findings and maintain detailed inspection records for quality assurance and traceability.
- Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from specifications to the quality team and production staff. Work with engineering and production to recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with the quality assurance engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Ability to understand and identify Emteks approved finishes.
- Ability to follow Emteks safety policies and practices
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Outlook) and other software systems is a plus.
- Ability to sit/stand for long period of time.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
- Team players with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
