Qualifications
What Youll Do:
Lead from the front. Youre the face of the club setting the pace driving the culture and leading by example especially when it comes to sales.
Coach your team. Youll guide and develop your Sales Manager and Operations Manager who each lead their own teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.
Own the sales floor. Whether its generating leads closing memberships or boosting revenue youre actively involved and visibly engaged.
Keep the club running strong. From cleanliness and staffing to scheduling and service youll be hands-on with day-to-day operations and accountability.
Grow people and performance. Your job isnt just to hit the numbers its to build a team that wants to hit them and knows how.
