Job Summary

Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists is seeking a motivated and outgoing External
Clinical Services Liaison with a background as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
(PTA).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building educating others and
connecting patients with high-quality care.

  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians office staff local businesses and the community.
  • Identify new referral opportunities and promote our services and specialties.
  • Support current referral sources with ongoing communication and education.
  • Participate in planning meetings and share referral insights to support growth.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our services treatment techniques clinicians and competitors.
  • Set and achieve performance goals related to referrals and patient volume.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Marketing Department on external and social media campaigns.
  • Work closely with clinic teams to align on goals and maximize results

Qualifications :

  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Michigan
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated organized and goal-driven

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 1 year of sales/marketing experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot etc.)
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
  • Background or knowledge in physical therapy/rehabilitation services
