Job Summary
Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists is seeking a motivated and outgoing External
Clinical Services Liaison with a background as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
(PTA).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building educating others and
connecting patients with high-quality care.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians office staff local businesses and the community.
- Identify new referral opportunities and promote our services and specialties.
- Support current referral sources with ongoing communication and education.
- Participate in planning meetings and share referral insights to support growth.
- Stay knowledgeable about our services treatment techniques clinicians and competitors.
- Set and achieve performance goals related to referrals and patient volume.
- Collaborate with the Internal Marketing Department on external and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with clinic teams to align on goals and maximize results
Qualifications :
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Michigan
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated organized and goal-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of sales/marketing experience (healthcare preferred)
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot etc.)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- Background or knowledge in physical therapy/rehabilitation services
