JOB DETAILS
Rotational Night Shift: 7 pm-7 am (3-2-2)
Pay starting at $25.50-$29.50 plus a $2 per hour shift differential
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Maintenance Technician II is an Electro-Mechanical position. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to supporting manufacturing operations adjusting and repairing equipment as needed tracking usage of and ordering replacement parts
- Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
- Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments
- Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition
- Perform simple to complex mechanical preventive maintenance Tasks following instructions
- Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage current and resistance
- Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits field devices sensors photo eyes etc
- Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures
- Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality.
- Must be available for regular standby assignments; work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to assist in Training Level I Technicians
