The Singapore Commercial team shapes and grows Grabs business in Singapore contributing to our vision of being Southeast Asias superapp by delivering everyday services that matter most to consumers.

We focus on developing business strategies that help us serve our community particularly by growing the accounts of F&B businesses across GrabFood. By building close partnerships with merchants we create plans and strategies to grow their sales and meet their needs across Grabs services such as GrabExpress GrabPay and GrabAds.

Get to Know the Role

The Merchant Growth Manager Emerging will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a diverse portfolio of F&B merchants. The role will be pivotal in helping micro-SME merchants grow their businesses across Grabs ecosystem including GrabFood GrabPay GrabAds and GrabExpress while driving sustainable growth for Grabs platform.

This role will report to the Lead Commercial Merchant Growth and be onsite at Singapore Grab office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of merchants ensuring their needs are met and their businesses are supported
• Manage merchant accounts with a focus on GMV monetisation and delivery volumes
• Develop and execute scalable business strategies to drive growth for merchants across Grabs ecosystem.
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to share insights address concerns and align on growth strategies
• Coordinate campaigns and initiatives that drive merchant engagement and growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customised reporting marketing support merchant operation support and product enhancements.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have 3 or more years of experience in account management business development or a related field
• Ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets and operational excellence
• Familiarity with F&B businesses and/or e-commerce platforms is a plus
