Were recruiting for an Area Surveyorto join us. Were offering a competitive base salary 7200 car allowance monthly performance bonus and a strong benefits package.

This role can be offered on a Full Time Part Time or Job Share basis.

What youll be doing:

• Undertaking surveys valuations and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients
• Upholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the business
• Completing 5 points per day
• Promptly and effectively responding to queries complaints and claims
• Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

• You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors VRS registered valuer and EPC accredited
• Excellent valuation and survey experience
• Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures
• Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation
