Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older Australians Juniper is seeking a warm professional and proactive Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation. This is a pivotal role where compassion meets coordination and every interaction counts.

As the first point of contact for prospective and emerging customers and their families youll deliver empathetic knowledgeable support that reflects Junipers values. Youll also build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails with empathy and professionalism. Educate problem-solve and guide customers toward solutions.
  • Prepare quotes contracts reports and customer information packages.
  • Manage general office duties.
  • Assist with meetings events travel and special projects. Maintain sales documentation and run weekly reports.
  • Deliver personalised support across multiple channels. Capture feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all activities align with aged care regulations and privacy standards.
  • Uphold WHS standards and participate in safety training and risk management activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent
  • 3 years in customer service sales support or administration
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of aged care systems and standards (desirable)
