Assistant Manager Sail and Anchor
Were on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Sail and Anchor buzzing and loved by the locals.
The Sail and Anchor is an iconic landmark in the heart of Fremantle. It is conveniently located within close proximity to tourist attractions such as Freo Markets Henderson Mall Buskers Pitch and a short stroll from The Esplanade. With the spiraling staircase wood paneled walls pressed tin ceiling and friendly staff the Sail and Anchor is filled with charm and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar delicious meal in the bistro or check out the space for their next function or event.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar and bistro block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and Approved Managers Card as per WA state requirements
