We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Front Office / Reception Staff to join our friendly team at the newly renovated Mermaid Waters Hotel This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks. Shifts are available across 7 days with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm friendly and attentive service
• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
• Lean into team work and assist with accommodation bistro and booking duties as required

Qualifications :

About you:

• You know that when it comes to guest service every moment matters
• You are great with people communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are highly organised and have great computer skills
• You hold a current RSA certificate
