Job Summary

Required Qualifications
Must be an undergraduate (working towards first degree) and have completed at least two semesters at Weber State. Must be a full-time Weber State student (minimum of 12 credit hours in fall/spring and minimum of 6 credit hours in summer). GPA of 2.75 or higher. Must be able to handle sensitive student information and protect it according to FERPA guidelines. Able to take feedback and be willing to learn new skills. Good customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desire to build connections across campus and throughout the community.

Preferred Qualifications
Class standing of sophomore or higher. Bilingual (Spanish preferred). Majoring in programs within the College of Social Sciences and Education. Proficient in technologies for written communication and virtual meetings such as Microsoft Office G Suite applications and Zoom. 1 year customer service tutoring or mentoring experience. Detail-oriented and have the ability to organize prioritize and meet deadlines both independently and as part of a team.
