Pay: $20$26/hr. DOE
Shift: 10:30PM-8:30AM including weekend days (4 Days per week!)
Join the aerospace testing team at Elements Cincinnati lab a recognized leader in testing inspection and product certification with over 40 years of experience. Our 60000sqft facility and 250 test machines support a broad portfolio of services in metals composites and advanced aerospace materials. As part of our aerospace team your work will contribute directly to testing protocols in extreme environments fatigue fracture mechanics monotonic loading and more.

Responsibilities
- Prepares material specimens for testing
- Performs tests as directed by customer specifications
- At times operates under the supervision of a more senior test technician and/or a Department Manager
- Gathers and records test data
- Maintains a safe work environment
- Constructs and maintains various test fixtures and other laboratory equipment to ensure proper working order with little supervision
Skills / Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or lab coursework is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Basic algebra/geometry skills helpful
- A proactive team-oriented mindset
