Job Summary
Were seeking a Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations and oversee a team of 15 to 25 production staff. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced high-output environment where safety quality and teamwork are paramount. The position is based on a modern fully automated facility in Denton TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign tasks and monitor adherence to production procedures
- Conduct safety and quality inspections
- Ensure equipment readiness and operational safety
- Promote positive employee relations and cross-functional collaboration
- Support training discipline and compliance with company policies
- Operate and certify metal detection equipment (training provided)
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Required:
- 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (food preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
- Completion of AIB Bakery Science Residence Program
- Formal management training
