Administrative Secretary Care Management

Location: Holy Cross Hospital
Department: Care Management
Schedule: Full-Time (7a 3:30p or 8a 4:30p)

Position Purpose

Holy Cross Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to support the Care Management department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing administrative support to the Director and department staff. The Administrative Secretary serves as a key liaison between Care Management and other departments helping maintain efficiency and professionalism in all interactions.

What You Will Do

• Provide administrative support to the Director and Care Management team.
• Manage departmental calendars schedule meetings and coordinate logistics.
• Answer and direct phone calls ensuring timely and courteous communication.
• Maintain office organization and ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
• Order and manage office supplies to support daily operations.
• Serve as a resource and liaison for internal departments and external contacts.
• Support the mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health through professional and ethical conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Pay Range-$21.04 - $30.44

Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
