Your contribution to something big:
Within Bosch Automotive Aftermarket you will develop (embedded) software for our vehicle diagnostics solutions for international car manufacturers and independent workshops. For that you will:
- Contribute with your solid experience in C with strong emphasis on OOP principles and network programming/protocols;
- Define product requirements analyze gaps in currently existing solutions and design and implement solutions to close those gaps;
- Integrate your work and test it both on module level and on system level. This is applicable either with simulations or on real vehicles - in our own labs and at the customer;
- Join a globally distributed team and collaborate with your team mates in Germany Italy and the US to exchange know-how and to jointly develop solutions for our customers.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education: Degree in Computer Science Electronics Engineering or similar;
Experience: Ideally 5 years of experience in embedded software development (Linux based microprocessor systems) with focus on user-land
software. Experienced in C network communication and linux;
Know-How: Good development infrastructure and tool knowledge (ex: Jenkins). Knowledge of product deployment and build management;
Work style: Organized and analytical work style with a problem-solving mindset;
Personality: Proactive curiosity and interest in continuous development and learning ability to work in a team
environment;
Languages: Very good knowledge of English.
