Job Summary
Were looking for a motivated Salesforce Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Youll work closely with clients developers and QA teams to define document and deliver clear and actionable requirements in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze project requirements using workshops interviews or document reviews;
- Translate business needs into clear requirements (functional non-functional);
- Write Epics and User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria;
- Producing different types of documentations like user guides presentationstraining material;
- Work with stakeholders development teams and QA teams to ensure smooth collaboration;
- Support testing phases including helping with User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Dive into new domains at short notice;
- Run demos for clients and team.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year in business analysis;
- Ability to create and manage different types of requirements in a clear way;
- Experience with Agile (Scrum Kanban) workflows;
- Strong English both written and spoken;
- Ability to handle tasks independently and take responsibility for your work;
- Comfortable working in multicultural distributed teams;
- Be ready to contribute to the community with active participation at internal activities.
