When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Sourcing and Talent Market Insights team you will contribute to the execution of various sourcing strategies to attract top talent. As a Senior Associate you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining healthy candidate pipelines while leveraging market insights to guide talent attraction and employer branding initiatives securing the success of the Talent Academy.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and sourcing
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Conducting talent market research and transforming data
