• Philippines: USD $1800 $2000/month
• Latin America: USD $2000 $2500/month
• South Africa: USD $2200 $2800/month

Schedule: Full-Time aligned with MST (9:30 am 6 pm 12:30 am 9 am PH Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven YouTube Marketing Manager to grow our presence on YouTube and expand our reach globally. This role blends content strategy audience growth tactics and video editing skills to drive engagement subscribers and brand visibility. You will work in a mission-driven organization delivering world-class education and resources in sexual health and sexuality education.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies to increase views subscribers and watch time.
  
• Optimize video titles thumbnails descriptions and tags for discoverability and engagement.
  
• Edit engaging high-quality videos tailored for both short-form and long-form content.
  
• Manage video publishing schedules and ensure consistent output.
  
• Analyze YouTube analytics and prepare detailed performance reports.
  
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends algorithm changes and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams on campaign ideas and promotions.
  
• Understand the company mission brand color palette and marketing tone ensuring alignment in all content.
  
• Continue personal and professional development to remain at the forefront of YouTube marketing.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience growing a YouTube channel (brand or personal).
  
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar) both short- and long-form content.
  
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics.
  
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  
• Creative eye for visual storytelling and pacing.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (Canva Adobe Creative Suite).
  
• Experience with paid YouTube ads and/or influencer outreach is a plus.
  
• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Passion for sexual health education and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
