Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Development Manager to lead a team of developers in building scalable high-performing web applications. This role involves hands-on development project leadership team management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers (frontend and backend).
• Set goals conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle including design development testing deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers Designers QA and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Technical Execution

• Architect and develop robust and scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews automated testing and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure modern best practices.

Project Delivery

• Drive sprint planning estimations and agile ceremonies.
• Monitor project timelines scope and progress ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience in full stack software development.
• 2 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript React Angular or .
• Backend experience with Python Java Ruby .
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs microservices and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Exposure to serverless architectures and GraphQL.
• Previous experience scaling engineering teams or start-up experience is a plus.
