Job Summary
Software Development:
- Writing clean efficient and well-documented code.
- Debugging and fixing issues in software applications.
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback.
- Contributing to technical documentation.
System Administration:
- Assisting with the setup configuration and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Conducting system updates and maintenance tasks.
Network Support:
- Assisting with the setup and configuration of network devices (routers switches).
- Troubleshooting network connectivity problems.
- Monitoring network performance and security.
General IT Support:
- Providing technical support to end-users.
- Assisting with the implementation of new technologies.
- Learning about new technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Java Python etc.).
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Linux etc.).
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
