As a Project Manager within the Information Systems team at STEMCELL Technologies you will work with high visibility to build relationships and drive value to the business. Working closely with external and internal stakeholders youll use your leadership skills within cross-functional teams to complete projects ranging from infrastructure and cybersecurity to system implementations and business transformation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Define implement and manage projects from initiation through delivery that achieve meaningful business outcomes. Balance scope schedule and cost with the flexibility to adapt to new insights and changing priorities.
Organize guide and motivate teams across disciplines resolving issues and removing obstacles to maintain momentum and deliver high-quality results.
Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to explore user needs test assumptions and use data and feedback to inform design and delivery decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Partner with executive sponsors business owners and change leaders to maintain effective communication manage expectations and ensure shared understanding and timely decision-making.
Capture lessons learned measure performance and contribute to the evolution of project management standards tools and practices that strengthen STEMCELLs overall delivery capability.

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant project management experience
Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals including planning scheduling budgeting risk management and reporting
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain progress across complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
Excellent communication facilitation and relationship-building skills especially with Senior and Executive Leadership
Additional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master (CSM/ PSM) and/ or Change Management (PROSCI) are considered assets

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$81700.00 - $122500.00

STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
