Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead strategic Artificial Intelligence initiatives focusing on high-impact product and project management. This role will be instrumental in delivering tangible impactful and measurable results for internal and external stakeholders applying deep expertise in strategic consulting data analysis technology and operational excellence.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of AI projects managing their execution with a strong focus on technical direction and quality assurance. Drawing from experience in data-driven strategy product development and cross-functional collaboration this person will help solve complex business challenges and drive sustainable profitable growth through innovative AI solutions.
This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging AI to improve customer experience operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Specific responsibilities includes:
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI-based products from ideation to delivery.
- Build maintain and evolve the AI project pipeline ensuring alignment with the companys strategic priorities.
- Manage AI-focused projects with a strong emphasis on technical direction quality assurance (QA) and delivery governance.
- Define and manage the product roadmap prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science Engineering Product and internal stakeholders.
- Define and monitor performance metrics and the impact of AI models.
- Ensure compliance with security privacy and ethical AI policies.
- Facilitate alignment meetings and agile rituals such as kickoffs and regular check-ins.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data and AI solutions.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science Computer Engineering Statistics Applied Mathematics Information Systems or related fields. Masters Degree in related fields a plus.
- 5 years of relevant experience in managing AI products or projects.
- Familiarity with platforms architecture and technologies of AI.
- Technological driven mindset digitally savvy and up to date with latest market and industry innovation trends.
- Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing incremental growth. Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Self-motivated results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and PM frameworks.
- Passionate self-motivated results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
