The Alannah & Madeline Foundation is a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to keeping children and young people free from violence and trauma wherever they live learn and play. Through our Care Prevention and Advocacy programs we fight for their right to be safe so their future is strong.
We also support Dollys Dream to help change the culture of bullying by addressing the impact of bullying anxiety depression and youth suicide through education and direct support to young people and families.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the Head of People & Culture (P&C) plays a pivotal role in shaping the Foundations approach to culture leadership learning wellbeing recruitment and performance ensuring people practices are trauma-informed inclusive compliant enabling the Foundation to fulfil its purpose.
This full-time 2-year contract role is formally based in South Melbourne. Flexible working arrangements are supported based on individual circumstances and delivering meaningful quality work.
