Job Summary
As a Principal AI Architect you will lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions across industries combining deep technical expertise with strategic client engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead AI strategy workshops translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions including classical ML models and Generative AI applications
- Build and operationalize MLOps pipelines using cloud-native tools applying software engineering principles such as CI/CD containerization Infrastructure as Code and prompt engineering
- Support pre-sales efforts and lead hands-on development of PoCs and MVPs
- Communicate AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences while mentoring junior team members and shaping internal best practices for AI delivery
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Computer Science or related field with 8 years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture
- Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade ML/AI pipelines including proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud-native MLOps tools and practices including CI/CD containerization and Infrastructure as Code
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English with ability to lead client-facing engagements and mentor junior team members
- Deep expertise in Generative AI and experience with modern data platforms
