Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains department calendar. Assists with scheduling meetings/appointments.
  • Records time/attendance for salaried Operations personnel.
  • Assists with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Assists in development and proofing of reports presentations meeting materials.
  • Processes licensing fees for Ops personnel for Boiler and WWTP licenses.
  • Administrator for various software programs utilized in Operations. Manage permissions update databases and make revisions to systems as required.
  • Maintains the Operations Sharepoint site and any other related pages.
  • Oversees administrative responsibilities for onboarding new employees in the Operations department.
  • Helps maintain operating procedures by reviewing/updating formatting overseeing recertification requirements updating links/templates and updating in Document Librarian.
  • Supports Operations with material requisitioning and invoicing in SAP
  • Organizes and maintains confidential files.
  • Maintains records in accordance with MPCs record retention standards.
  • Serve as backfill for other Administrative Assistance when needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years clerical/administrative support experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
  • SharePoint and Power BI experience strongly preferred.
