This role involves applying expertise to complex assignments to ensure all software complies with federal and DOI standards.
Responsibilities:
- Independently design develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Perform functional regression performance and security testing across various software life-cycle stages.
- Analyze user requirements and system specifications to determine appropriate testing methodology.
- Document track and manage software defects and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Must possess the ability to operate with latitude and work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
