OSINTPAI Targeting Analyst Journeyman

Work Arrangement

On-Site at Fort Liberty NC with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to beavailable for immediate recall (1 hours) in case of Command Directives.

Job Overview

OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection Processing ExploitationDissemination (PED) reporting and targeting using publicly available and commercially available datasources.

Essential Functions

• Work independently with no required oversite.
• Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support ofspecial operations targeting HUMINT and exploitation operations cyber operations andindications and warnings threat estimates.
• Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.
• Provide advice to the leadership on processes procedures technology and other items ofinterests
• Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployedSOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
• Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemypersonnel as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supportingtargeting efforts and threat analysis.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) demonstrated at both team and executive levels.
• Proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools databases andrepositories.
• Strong working knowledge of the current suite of available OSINT/PAI tools databases andrepositories.
• Strong background required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis Geo-Politicalanalysis and HUMINT/SIGINT analysis Geospatial analysis bulk data analysis public recordsresearch and analysis or investigative analysis.
• Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite ofapplications.
• Strong verbal briefing skills able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above.

Education / Certifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• DOD DoS DHS or equivalent training/course completion preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of four (4) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within DoD or the IntelCommunity.
• Minimum of one (1) year of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation analysis and experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.

Security Clearance

• Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI DoD clearance U.S. Citizenship required.
