Job Summary
Visa USA Inc. a Visa Inc. company needs a Product Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City CA to:
- Create buy-ins for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Conduct market analysis by understanding client needs evaluating market dynamics competition etc.
- Partner with regional sales and product teams to co-create relevant product go-to-market & sales strategies.
- Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and ad hoc analyses/reports/presentations as needed.
- Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs.
- Assess new product ideas and/or product enhancements.
- Up to 10% domestic or international travel required.
- Position reports to the Foster City California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Computer Science Information Technology or related field and 5 years of experience in a Product Manager-related occupation.
- Alternatively a Masters degree in Telecommunications Computer Science Information Technology or related field and 2 years of experience in a Product Manager-related occupation.
- Experience must include:
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Jira.
- SAFe.
- Data Analysis.
- Product Management.

Worksite: Foster City CA
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic or international travel required.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $164715.00 USD to $221400.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
