The Practice Manager plays a key leadership role in the hospital overseeing daily operations supporting an engaged and collaborative team and ensuring a positive culture built on trust and communication. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the business and people side of veterinary medicinedriving operational success while fostering a healthy happy workplace.

What Youll Do
- Lead and develop hospital staff through recruiting training and mentorship
- Partner with leadership and finance to manage budgets and analyze key performance indicators
- Oversee workflow scheduling and hospital operations to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
- Maintain inventory safety and compliance systems
- Support a culture of collaboration quality care and continuous improvement
About You
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager (veterinary or human healthcare preferred)
- Ability to analyze data and make sound operational decisions
- Financial acumen including experience reviewing P&L statements
- A passion for team culture client service and compassionate patient care
Compensation
$65000 $70000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications.
