Job Summary

We are thrilled to be building one of Canadas largest state-of-the-art Kia dealerships featuring the countrys first EV Canopy with 12 charging stationsa landmark development located in the new Niagara Auto Mall. Location: Cardinal Kia


Availability:Open - Monday to Friday


Compensation: $60000-$80000 annually


Youll love your position as an Parts Manager:

  • Help ensure the efficiency and productivity of the Parts department and develop an action plan for profitability.
  • Inventory management including obsolete inventory.
  • Ordering parts with company and OEM guidelines.
  • Knowledge of parts pricing procedure.
  • Understands and maintains warranty platforms.
  • Establish & maintain good relationships with wholesale customers.
  • Responsible for profit management - must examine department financial statements including expenses and revenue to ensure the departments profitability.
  • Managing day to day operations of the Parts department.
  • Managing deliveries and returns.
  • Keeping an organized department.
  • Works with service manager & technicians to maintain an effective work flow.
  • Train and motivate employees to meet and exceed business and customer expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 5 years Parts Manager experience required.
  • Excellent parts product knowledge and parts pricing.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Highly organized and detailed orientated.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Valid G Drivers License and a clean drivers abstract.
