About this opportunity

The Coordinator DFV Programs leads the delivery and continuous improvement of trauma-informed domestic and family violence services across the Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven while maintaining a small caseload to model best practice and support frontline this role you will:

  • Lead and support a team of specialist DFV caseworkers including remote management and supervision.
  • Implement and maintain a high-quality case management framework grounded in intersectional feminist trauma-informed and strength-based practice.
  • Provide mentoring and leadership including supervision training and one-on-one support to build best-practice capability across the team.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting standards supporting accurate data collection and preparation of program reports.
  • Manage contracts funding and service agreements ensuring program targets are met and resources are aligned with budget planning.

About You

Were looking for a talented and experienced professional who is passionate about leading a team that support community. As the ideal candidate you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work Psychology and/or extensive experience coordinating DFV services.
  • Proven leadership in trauma-informed strengths-based case management that prioritises client safety and wellbeing.
  • Inclusive and collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team empowerment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and contribute to funding submissions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passionate about womens rights and social change with a drive to influence systems and advocate for gender equality.
