Job Summary

Required Education: Bachelors degree

The Director of Internal Operations is responsible for oversight of daily administration of the Athletics Compliance Department and reports directly to the Executive Director of Compliance. Duties include but are not limited to direct supervision of Compliance Coordinators and Graduate Assistants responsible for completion of annual evaluations for Administration of annual evaluations for all staff members all aspects of hiring including creation of job posting(s) review of applications evaluation of candidate(s) via the interview process (in conjunction with directors) completion of new employee paperwork and verification of I-9. Additional duties may include oversight of all personnel with regard to scheduling training project management organization strategies and employee development provide assistance to Executive Director with scheduling research survey completion report completion weekly Quick Sheet and other duties as assigned responsibility for all administrative functions including P-Card administration travel claim completion reconciliation of account monthly and budget administration primary review of all written reports including violation reports waivers annual reports letters memos policies and procedures.
